How has quarantine been treating you?

I have been going through the motions and readjusting. March was a shock to the system but April has been better. I’ve been applying things that I’ve been thinking about applying to my life but been afraid to. I’ve created my own routine. Do the things i love more which has in turn kept my spirits alive. I’ve also been resting a lot. Like getting adequate rest. Full eight hours at night. I’m fortunate enough to not having deadlines looming over my head so I don’t take my ability to actually reset for granted.

What have you been up to? Are you able to take adequate care of yourself during this time?
