Today there are several options from cleansing balms, remover wipers to micellar water. Last month in my Boxycharm base box I received a great micellar water by Avant. I got the Bi-Phase Hyaluronic Acid Rejuvenating Micellar Water, and it is one of the best micellar waters I have used in a while. This water looks and feels cool.

The standout ingredients were brazil nut, tocopherol, Tonka bean seed oil and marigold extract. I have heard of brazil nut before which could be found in Brazilian Bum Bum cream, but the other ingredients were new to me and highlighted by Avant.

Tocopherol is vitamin E and an antioxidant obtained by vacuum distillation of edible vegetable oil. Vitamin E is great for softening the skin.

Brazil nut oil is an emollient and skin conditioner that helps keep the skin soft, smooth, and supple. It is composed of linoleic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid. It also contains high levels of beta tocopherol providing it with antioxidant properties.

Tonka bean seed oil is an aromatic it was traditionally used as a fixative in perfume manufacturing. Its primary constituent is coumaric acid. (an antioxidant)

Calendula officinalis flower extract also known as Marigold is known to have anti septic, healing, and soothing effects on the skin.

Combined these ingredients work together to remover makeup I one swipe. It leaves my skin soft, supple, and hydrated.
